Returns & Exchanges
At Danzure, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us. However, if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy, under the conditions outlined below.
🔁 Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In their original packaging with tags attached
- Free from stains, perfume, or any damage
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Products bought on sale or during promotions
- Items damaged due to wear and tear or mishandling
- Accessories (due to hygiene reasons)
🔄 Exchange Process
- WhatsApp us at 0327 2613428 with your Order Number and reason for exchange.
- Our support team will verify and guide you through the next steps.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your exchange within 3–5 working days.
Note: Customer must bear courier charges for return/exchange unless the product was defective or incorrect.
📦 Wrong or Defective Item?
If you’ve received the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll make it right at no extra cost.

- We don’t offer cash refunds — only size exchanges or product replacements.
